| 1 Day: Eat as Usual
What is your usual consumption? To find out what your PH is on a usual day, eat as you normally would, chart & document it on your PH chart.
2 Days: Acidic As Possible
To establish your base acidic reading, pig out on the most acidic foods possible (be sure to document PH), overeat, poorly food combine, indulge excess.
3 Days: 100% Raw Vegan
Avoid all animal products, processed foods, sugar, honey, maple syrup, agave, flour, caffeine, alcohol, drugs, bread, fruit (except green apples), wheat, corn, soy, carrots, beets. Check the ingredients (for preservatives, etc.) before consuming.
Take flax seeds & herbs.
7 Days: 100% Raw Vegan
Eat 3-4 small meals daily. Be careful not to overeat. Supplement with blended/juices if hungry. Eat minimal fats, few nuts. Eat slowly, chew well.
10 Days: Blended raw foods, vegetable juice, & water
2 liver/gall bladder flushes. Recommend flushing 1/20 & 1/26.
5 Days: Vegetable Juice & water
1 liver /gall bladder flush. Take clay and psyllium. Recommend flushing 2/2.
2 Days: Blended raw foods, vegetable juice, & water
3 Days: 100% Raw Vegan
Eat 3-4 small meals daily. Be careful not to overeat. Supplement with blended/juices hungry. Begin each day with blended. Eat minimal fats, few nuts. Eat slowly, chew well.
