Recently returned from Bali, long-time rawfoodist and cleansing expert Amy Rachelle will speak about the power of community, eating raw, cleansing, and the lifestyle. Inspiring us with her extensive experience and knowledge - and 10 years of working with clients -she will talk about her upcoming summer programs and how to transition with structure and support. This process is designed to equip you with the knowledge and information to go raw and maintain your health with confidence and community. support. Get ready for the change you've been asking for! Includes Sunday Sunfood Series (Rawfood Education/Food Preparation classes with lunch - Sundays 2-5), Wednesday weekly support group 7-8:30, and manual with recipes. First group meets on Tuesday August 10th, 7-8:30 for getting started instructions. 33 Day Program €390. Sunfood Series can be taken separately - €60/class or €275 for Series.
